Privacy Policy

slapperzz.bet is hosted on Cloudflare's European edge. Readers in Australia connect to the closest edge in Sydney; access logs may transit a European region before being aggregated. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on the UK addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and keep a copy of each data-processing agreement.

Access logs are shared with our hosting provider for anti-abuse and reliability purposes. We do not share personal data with the operator Slapperzz prior to a reader clicking the internal redirector; from that point on the operator is a separate controller and its own policy applies.

Data protection enquiries, access requests, erasure requests and complaints should be sent to [email protected] with 'Data protection' in the subject. We reply within one calendar month. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask that it is corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to request a portable copy. Rights requests are free of charge and are answered within one calendar month.

On a normal visit we collect server-side access logs: truncated IP address, browser and operating system identifiers, the page URL and the time of access. If you email us we store your email address, name and the body of the message for as long as the correspondence is active and for 24 months thereafter.

Access logs are used to defend the site from automated abuse and to measure overall reach in an aggregated form. We do not build profiles of individual readers and we do not sell data to anyone. Email correspondence is used solely to answer the enquiry you sent.

Server access logs are deleted within 30 days. Email correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Published editorial content, including the names of authors, is kept indefinitely as part of the site's public archive.
