Rejected Complaints — Slapperzz
How to complain
If Slapperzz has rejected a withdrawal, start by raising a formal complaint in your player account under 'Help' or 'Support' and keep the ticket number. If the first answer does not resolve the matter, request escalation to a senior team member and ask that the final decision is sent to you in writing.
What we can do
slapperzz.bet is not an operator and has no authority over Slapperzz accounts, balances or withdrawal decisions. We can review your public account of events, point you to the relevant clause in the operator's terms and name the ADR body with jurisdiction over the licensee. We cannot force the operator to pay.
Adr bodies
Slapperzz is licensed by the Gaming Authority of Anjouan (ALSI-202509041-FI1). That regulator accepts complaints at anjouangaming.org once internal routes are exhausted. AU residents can also raise the matter with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) for illegal offshore gambling complaints at acma.gov.au.
What to prepare
Keep the ticket number, the dates of your deposits and the withdrawal attempt, a screenshot of the rejection message, your KYC document list, and the chat transcript if the complaint went through live chat. Regulators ask for all of these as a matter of routine.
